02. Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Personal Use

Each person is allowed to open one account only. If 2tiger finds evidence that one person has opened multiple accounts or is playing on someone else's account, 2tiger has the right to close the relevant account(s).

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

If 2tiger detects access from locations where the service is restricted by law or by region, that access may be blocked. 2tiger is not responsible for such blocks.

03. Account Registration and Verification

When registering, you must provide accurate personal details — name, date of birth, and contact information. If false information is found, 2tiger may close that account immediately.

  • Payments must be made only through your own bank account or payment method.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily held during account verification.

04. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

You can deposit to the 2tiger platform via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits must be made from your own bank account or payment method only — third-party deposits are not allowed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. The same payment method used for your deposit must be used for withdrawal; if they differ, account checks may be carried out. Withdrawals are generally expected to be completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though this may vary depending on the bank and payment method.

4.3 Financial Verification (KYC)

When withdrawals are large or when required under policy, 2tiger may request personal information and payment proof to carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) check. If those requirements are not met, the withdrawal may be put on hold.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 2tiger are subject to their own specific terms and conditions. You are required to follow those terms and not abuse bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositing users can receive a 200% welcome bonus — up to 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks. The bonus must be wagered 15 times (40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks) before withdrawal.

Deposit 320,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 620,000 Ks → Bonus must be wagered 15 times (300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks wagering requirement)

5.2 Bonus Abuse is Not Allowed

  • Claiming a bonus on more than one account at the same time is not permitted.
  • If a player is found to be exploiting bonuses through strategies such as bonus abuse or arbitrage, the bonus and any winnings gained from it may be voided.
  • 2tiger holds the final decision on all bonus-related matters.

06. Responsible Gaming

2tiger's services are provided for entertainment purposes. Please do not think of them as a way to make money. Only play with money you can afford to lose.

All advertisements, designs, software, formats, videos, and stability-related content on the 2tiger website are the legal intellectual property of 2tiger. Without prior written consent from 2tiger, none of this content may be copied, distributed, or modified beyond the purpose of viewing and reading.

09. Privacy and Data Protection

How 2tiger collects, stores, and handles users' personal data is described in detail in the 2tiger Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you are considered to have accepted that policy as well.

10. Service Limitations and Disclaimer of Liability

While 2tiger strives to keep the platform running as smoothly as possible, there are situations where 2tiger holds no liability —

  • Temporary platform unavailability due to server technical issues, network service failures, or causes beyond our control
  • Delays caused by issues within the payment methods themselves (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, Bank Transfer)
  • Force Majeure and other causes beyond 2tiger's control

2tiger reserves the right to correct and remove any bonus amounts or winnings that were incorrectly credited due to a software error in 2tiger's gaming software.

11. Account Closure and Service Termination

2tiger reserves the right to close a user's account without prior consent for the following reasons —

  • Suspected financial fraud or money laundering
